Step into the green peace of the forest, where every step takes you closer to the magic of nature. In a forest bath, we quiet down to sense the power of the forest – we listen to the wind and the songs of birds, feel the stability of the earth beneath us, and allow the scents and stories of the forest to carry us away. Through mindfulness exercises and storytelling, we deepen our connection with nature and ourselves.
Through storytelling, we delve into the mythology of the Väki, listening to the spirits of the forest and their ancient messages. Every stone, tree, and flowing water carries with it stories from times past, which we learn to sense and understand. This journey is not just an observation of nature, but a creation of a connection with the spirit of the forest and our own inner being.
A forest bath is not just a trip to the forest, but a journey closer to one's own inner self. It offers a moment of respite, recovery, and deep relaxation in the healing power of nature. The experience can be carried out without barriers, and additional services can be combined with it, such as a traditional sauna, a grouse ritual, or a handicraft workshop using natural materials. A forest bath is available both as a separate experience and as part of a wider wellness experience.
