Villa Lehtoniemi

Villa Lehtoniemi stands alone on a lake shore north-west of Rovaniemi, and you get the whole house: 150 square metres, five bedrooms and two bathrooms, enough room for a large family or two families travelling together.

The ground floor is one open space. A fireplace anchors the living room, a long dining table sits beside windows that face the water, and the kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher and coffee machine included. A glazed terrace runs along the lake side of the house, so the view holds up in a snowstorm as well as in the midnight sun. There is a sauna, as there should be.

The address is Lehtoniementie 189, about 35 kilometres from the centre of Rovaniemi: Arktikum is 36 km away, Santa Claus Village 43 km and the airport 45 km. Parking on the property is free, and a pick-up can be arranged if you would rather not drive.
